Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Body

25 mins

In this second practice of The Autopilot Reset Experience, Lauren guides you through a slow, mindful movement practice designed to help you shift your attention out of mental noise and into your body. You’ll move through gentle neck and shoulder mobility, seated stretches, twists, forward folds, Cat-Cow, Child’s Pose, Sphinx, spinal twists, and Shavasana — using your breath to guide each movement and your body sensations as an anchor to the present moment. Throughout the practice, you’ll also continue noticing when your mind wanders into planning, judging, or rushing, then gently redirect your attention back to your breath and what you can physically feel. The goal isn’t to make the poses look a certain way. It’s to practice slowing down, listening to your body, and using mindful movement as a way to come back to yourself and the moment you’re actually in.
